Editorial Research Assistant in Philosophy

Opportunity Description:

Serve as a reader for a book manuscript in development.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities may include close proofreading of draft chapters; reviewing relevant primary and secondary literature to help identify counterarguments, conceptual tensions, and argumentative gaps in support of manuscript revision; and, where useful, producing written comments.

Minimum Qualifications and/or Eligibility Requirements: 

Solid background in the history of moral philosophy; familiarity with Kant's practical philosophy; excellent writing and editing skills.
